| Spanish abstract | Se determinó la efectividad de un programa formativo en Planificación estratégica y gestión administrativa dirigido a microempresas de la zona sur de Manabí – Ecuador. El tipo de investigación fue aplicativa, apoyada en un diseño cuasi experimental. La prueba T de Student permitió comparar la variación significativa de los grupos de estudios, obteniéndose ,083 en el grupo experimental en postprueba, lo que implica que hubo efectos positivos, desechándose la hipótesis nula y aceptándose la afirmativa. La acción de planificar estratégicamente le permite a las organizaciones prepararse para enfrentar las situaciones que se presentan en el futuro, ayuda con ello a orientar sus esfuerzos hacia metas realistas de desempeño, por lo cual es necesario conocer y a plicar los elementos que intervienen en el proceso de planeación |
| English abstract | The effectiveness of a training program in Strategic planning and administrative management aimed at microenterprises in the southern area of Manabí - Ecuador was determined. The type of research was applicative, supported by a quasi - experimental design. T he Student's T test allowed comparing the significant variation of the study groups, obtaining , 083 in the experimental group in post - test, which implies that there were positive effects, discarding the null hypothesis and accepting the affirmative. The st rategic planning action allows organizations to prepare to face the situations that arise in the future, thereby helping to direct their efforts towards realistic performance goals, so it is necessary to know and apply the elements involved in the process of planning |
