Spanish abstract Durante una cosecha se condujo un estudio para medir el efecto de la aplicación de Zeofert sobre el rendimiento en grano del frijól común y las propiedades químicas de un suelo Pardo Grisáceo. Se utilizaron dos tratamientos; uno sin Zeofert y otro con 25 t/ha de Zeofert El Zeofert fue elaborado a partir de la mezcla de partículas de Roca Zeolítica Natural con estiércol vacuno fresco. Los resultados finales mostraron que la aplicación del Zeofert al suelo incrementó significativamente (Pe”0.05) el rendimiento en grano del frijól, los contenidos de P 2 O 5 , K 2 O ,Materia Orgánica y los valores de pH en el suelo
English abstract During one harvest a study was carry out in order to measure the effect of Zeofert application on the yield in grain of the common bean and the chemistry properties of a Grayish Brown soil. Was used two treatments; one without Zeofert and other with 25 t/ha of Zeofert. The Zeofert was elaborate with the mixture of Natural Zeolitic Rock and fresh bovine manure. The results did show that the Zeofert application to the soil did increase statisticaly (Pe”0.05) the yield in grain of the bean, the contained of P 2 O 5 , K 2 O , organic matter and the values of pH in the soil
