| English abstract | The objective of this paper is to present the Discursive Neurolinguistics analysis on the presidential decree that imposes the cognitive perspective for teaching reading and writing, which means the adoption of the phonic method. Based on a heuristic data analysis methodology that seeks children's writing hypotheses and discursively oriented conceptions of brain, subject and language, we analyze representative exercises of the phonic method and present the DN counterdiscourse, problematizing the method and highlighting alternatives to its use. The analysis of the exercises proposed by the phonic method and the mouths method shows that there is no theoretical linguistic or pedagogical basis to support their application, as they can be inductive to error. In this paper, we alert to the fact that its wide application can generate several difficulties for many children and that its supposed scientific shielding makes us not question the methods effectiveness, but the innate aptitudes and capacities of children, opening space, thus, for the pathologization of normal learning difficulties |
| Portuguese abstract | O objetivo deste texto é apresentar a análise da Neurolinguística Discursiva sobre a perspectiva cognitivista para a alfabetização, imposta via decreto presidencial no Brasil em janeiro de 2019. No decreto, está determinada a adoção do método fônico no processo de ensino de leitura e de escrita. Partindo de uma metodologia heurística de análise de dados que busca as hipóteses de escrita das crianças e de concepções discursivamente orientadas de cérebro, sujeito e linguagem, analisamos exercícios representativos do método fônico e apresentamos o contradiscurso da ND, problematizando o método e destacando alternativas ao seu uso. A análise dos exercícios propostos pelo método fônico e o método das boquinhas aponta que não há embasamento teórico, linguístico ou pedagógico que sustente sua aplicação, uma vez que podem ser indutivos ao erro. Neste trabalho, alertamos para o fato de que sua ampla aplicação pode ser geradora de diversas dificuldades para muitas crianças e que sua suposta blindagem científica faz com que não se questione a efetividade do método, mas sim as aptidões e as capacidades inatas das crianças, abrindo espaço, assim, para a patologização de dificuldades normais do aprendizado |
