| English abstract | The purpose of this article is to review the dialogical approach of Ivana Marková (2006), discussing the productivity of the perspective for linguistic analyzes, especially in the analysis of Van Dijk's social-cognitive discourse (2006). The author's studies are contextualized within the scope of the Theory of Social Representation developed by Serge Moscovici. The key concepts of the theory are taken to form an analysis model capable of accounting for the intricate relationships between language, cognition and the subject. In addition, it was examined how the articulation between the approach of Marková (2006; 2017) and Discourse Analysis helps to understand the (re)construction of Social Representation on the deaf within the discourse of the deaf subjects who are part of the Letras- Libras community from UFPE. It was found that the notion of deficiency still guides the (re) construction of the representation on the deaf, however this element is anchored by the notion of healthy body / defective body within the discourse of the deaf themselves |
| Portuguese abstract | A finalidade deste artigo é revisar a abordagem dialógica de Ivana Marková (2006), discutindo a produtividade da perspectiva para as análises linguísticas, especialmente na análise do discurso sociocognitivista de Van Dijk (2006). Os estudos da autora são contextualizados no âmbito da grande Teoria da Representação Social (TRS) desenvolvida por Serge Moscovici. Os conceitos-chave da TRS são tomados para a formação de um modelo de análise capaz de dar conta das intrincadas relações entre linguagem, cognição e sujeito. Além disso, foi examinado como a articulação entre a abordagem de Marková (2006; 2017) e da Análise do Discurso auxilia na compreensão da (re)construção da Representação Social (RS) sobre os surdos dentro dos discursos dos sujeitos surdos que fazem parte da comunidade Letras- Libras da UFPE. Foi constatado que a noção da deficiência ainda orienta a (re)construção da RS sobre o surdo, no entanto esse elemento é ancorado pela noção de corpo são/ corpo defeituoso dentro dos discursos dos próprios surdos |
