| English abstract | The objective of this work is to verify if the Iguaçu National Park is a source of natural enemies of soybean pests (Glycine max (L.) Merrill). Active and passive collections were performed in a soybean plantation area on distant parallel transects 5, 50, 300 and 600 meters from the edge of the PNI. The organisms found were identified at the family level for the recognition of food habits. In total, 1867 arthropods were collected, with 158 predators belonging to the Arthropoda phylum. Reduviidae and Melyridae were the most abundant families found in the active method. Other families, such as Coccinelidae and Spongiphoridae, were present but lesser. The results suggest that NBP is a source of natural enemies of soybean pests |
| Portuguese abstract | Este trabalho teve como objetivo verificar se o Parque Nacional do Iguaçu (PNI) é fonte de inimigos naturais de pragas da cultura de soja (Glycine max (L.) Merrill). Foram realizadas coletas ativas e passivas em uma área de plantio de soja em transectos paralelos, distantes à 5, 50, 300 e 600 metros da borda do PNI. Os organismos encontrados foram identificados ao nível de família para o reconhecimento do hábito alimentar. No total, foram coletados 1867 artrópodes, sendo 158 predadores pertencentes ao filo Arthropoda. Reduviidae e Melyridae foram as famílias mais abundantes encontradas no método ativo. Outras famílias, como Coccinelidae e Spongiphoridae, estiveram presentes, porém em menor quantidade. Os resultados sugerem que o PNI é fonte de inimigos naturais de pragas da soja |
