| English abstract | The present work aims to understand the importance and dynamics of the compulsory curricular traineeship, in the complementary training for the professional life of students of higher education. The research was carried out at the Goiano Federal Institute - Campus Morrinhos in the State of Goias, covering the Egress students of the Institution's higher courses, and who carried out internships during the conclusion of their course. Initially, the data obtained from the survey with the Egresses is exposed, then the results are analyzed, taking into consideration the questionnaire applied to the Egresses. Subsequently analyzed, the data indicate that the stage is of paramount importance to help the graduates to follow the path to the first job. The general objective of the study was to investigate whether the curricular internship of the Goiano Federal Institute - Campus Morrinhos - has contributed to the professional placement of its graduates. It is concluded that during the curricular stage the student acquires greater possibilities of entering the labor market in his area of formation, contacts with companies and professionals of his area of graduation, identifies the eagerness of the trainees to enter the job market. Based on the results of the research, with regard to the objectives of the work, it is understood that most of the interviewed respondents affirm that they are working in their field of academic formation, and it is perceived that the internship contributed to this professional placement |
| Portuguese abstract | O presente trabalho tem como objetivo compreender a importância e a dinâmica do estágio curricular obrigatório, na formação complementar para a vida profissional dos estudantes do ensino superior. A pesquisa foi realizada no Instituto Federal Goiano - Campus Morrinhos no Estado de Goias, abrangendo os alunos Egressos dos cursos superiores da Instituição, e que realizaram estágios durante a conclusão do seu curso. Inicialmente é feita a exposição dos dados obtidos da pesquisa junto aos Egressos, em seguida é feita a análise dos resultados, levando em consideração o questionário aplicado aos Egressos. Posteriormente analisados, os dados indicam que o estágio é de suma importância para auxiliar os egressos a seguir o caminho para o primeiro emprego. O objetivo geral do estudo foi de investigar se o estágio curricular dos cursos superiores do Instituto Federal Goiano -Campus Morrinhos - tem contribuído para a colocação profissional de seus egressos. Conclui-se que durante o estágio curricular o estudante adquire maiores possibilidades de ingresso no mercado de trabalho em sua área de formação, contatos com empresas e profissionais da sua área de graduação, identifica-se a ânsia dos estagiários em ingressar no mercado de trabalho. Com base nos resultados da pesquisa, no que se refere aos objetivos do trabalho entende-se que a maioria dos Egressos entrevistados afirma estarem atuando em seu ramo de formação acadêmica, e percebe-se que o estágio curricular contribuiu para essa colocação profissional |
