English abstract The aim of this study was to optimize the biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles using leaves of Aegle marmelos as the primary source. The optimal reaction medium comprised 2:1 concentration of leaf extract and 6mM concentration of silver nitrate solution (pH 7.
