| English abstract | In recent years, Latin American cities have been going through a period of intense political, economic and cultural transformations as a consequence of neoliberal policies applied to urban space. When considering the question of social justice, the planning and production of urban space, there are elements that shape the daily lives of city dwellers that go beyond the economic plan and need to be measured if we want to better understand our urbanization process. Starting from the theorization on the notion of justice, with a focus on Geography and Political Philosophy, we make an analysis of urban mobility in Curitiba-PR, reflecting on how fair the policies implemented in the city are in relation to the representations built for citizens indecision-making. We argue that neoliberal urbanism negatively affects the daily lives of poor workers who live and move in space, while urban planning places itself under the assumption of neutrality and technical rationality, aiming to cover up its main objective: capitalist accumulation at the expense of the impoverishment of peripheral inhabitants. | Portuguese abstract | As cidades latino-americanas, nos últimos anos, vêm passando por um período de intensas transformações políticas, econômicas eculturaiscomo consequênciade políticas neoliberaisaplicadas ao espaço urbano. Quando pensamos na questão da justiça social, o planejamento e a produção do espaço urbano,existem elementosque conformam a vida cotidiana dos habitantes das cidades que estão para além doplanoeconômico e que precisam sermensurados se quisermos compreender melhor nosso processo de urbanização.Partindo dateorização sobre anoção dejustiça, comenfoquesnaGeografia e na Filosofia política,fazemos umaanálise da mobilidade urbana em Curitiba-PR, refletindo sobreo quão justas são as políticas implementadas na cidade em relação às representações construídas para os cidadãosnas tomadas de decisão.
