| Spanish abstract | Las empresas biotecnológicas realizan una actividad que afecta, directa e indirectamente, al resto de sectores, en el sentido de que sus avances tienen reflejo en los procesos productivos, transformando sus métodos tradicionales por otros más modernos y eficaces. Así, los Estados más avanzados han logrado su posición de liderazgo apostando fuerte por esta industria y sentando las bases para favorecer su desarrollo mediante políticas gubernamentales que favorecen la creación de empresas biotecnológicas y fomentan las inversiones en I&D. De otra parte, es necesario considerar estrategias que permitan identificar los nichos apropiados para aplicar los conocimientos de la ciencia y la tecnología, planificar en las empresas su accionar comercial, para que se dediquen a innovar, adopten sus productos a las exigencias de los mercados a ingresar y cuenten con dinero para invertir en la apertura de nuevos mercados |
| English abstract | The biotechnological enterprises make an activity that affects, direct and indirectly, to the rest of sectors, in the sense of that their advances have reflection in the productive processes, transforming their traditional methods by others more moderns and effectives. Thus, the advanced states have obtained their p or their development intervening governmental policies that favor the creation of biotechnological enterprises and foment the inversions in I&D. Of another part, it is necessary to consider strategies that permit to identify the appropriate niches to apply the knowledges of science and the technology, to plan in the enterprises his to drive commercial, they are dedicated to innovate, they adopt its products to the exigencies of the markets to enter and count with moneys to invert in the opening of new markets |
