| Spanish abstract | Este artículo se ocupa del Marxismo Abierto de John Holloway y su relación con la Escuela de Frankfurt. La tesis central es que no es del todo justificado que Holloway toma como modelo al pensamiento de Adorno para su interpretación de Marx, ya que este último critica al idealismo (Hegel, Fichte), y con su dialéctica negativa desarrolla un enfoque materialista, mientras que el trasfondo del Marxismo Abierto de Holloway radica precisamente en el Idealismo Alemán. Para probar esta tesis será mostrada la cercanía entre el Marxismo-Hegeliano de Lukács y la teoría de Holloway, así como la ortodoxia que caracteriza el pensamiento de ambos |
| English abstract | The essay deals with the Open Marxism of John Holloway and its relation with the Frankfurt School. The main thesis is, that it isn’t entirely justified that Holloway takes the thinking of Adorno as a model for his interpretation of Marx, because the latter critiques idealism (Hegel, Fichte) and with his negative dialectics develops a materialist approach, whereas the background of Holloway’s Open Marxism consists precisely in German Idealism. To prove this thesis, furthermore it will be shown a closeness between Lukács’ Hegelian Marxism and Holloway’s theory, as well as the orthodoxy which characterizes the thinking of both |
