| Spanish abstract | La empresa Consultores Asociados en Naturaleza y Desarrollo S. A. C. - CANDES centra su trabajo en la investigación, promoción y difusión de las actividades de conservación y manejo de los recursos naturales a nivel nacional. Cuenta con un enfoque de trabajo innovador en temas de conservación, logrando armonizar el concepto de conservación con modelos empresariales modernos, a través de la participación de un equipo multidisciplinario de profesionales. En esta oportunidad, presentamos un tema de discusión actual relacionado a la diversidad de bosques que aún existe en los Andes peruanos y su situación actual; nuestro interés fue entender que tan intervenidos se encuentran los bosques andinos del Perú, y un inventario de la flora andina habitante fue una de las primeras acciones realizadas para comprender el estado actual de los bosques. Producto de esta exploración es la presente investigación, que trata de contribuir al conocimiento con información de los bosques andinos peruanos para orientar esfuerzos para su conservación y manejo de manera sostenida. La presente investigación sobre los Andes peruanos, resultado de la dedicación y esfuerzo de nuestra realidad misma, trata de contribuir al conocimiento con información del área y orientar sus esfuerzos para conservarla y usarla adecuadamente. Por ello, entendemos y buscamos el cambio en la actitud del poblador frente al uso y manejo de nuestros recursos naturales, especialmente aquellos provenientes del bosque, meta que solo lograremos en la medida que todos asumamos la responsabilidad de heredar condiciones óptimas para la vida de nuestras generaciones futuras |
| English abstract | The company Consultores Asociados en Naturaleza y Desarrollo S.A.C. - CANDES focuses its work on research, promotion and dissemination of conservation activities and management of natural resources at the national level. It has an innovative approach in conservation work, harmonizing the concept of conservation with modern business models, through the participation of a multidisciplinary team of professionals. This time we present a topic of current discussion related to the diversity of forests that still exist in the Peruvian Andes and their current situation; our interest is to understand how intervened are these forests; an inventory of existing Andean flora was one of the first actions taken to understand the current state of forests. Product of this exploration is this research, which seeks to contribute to knowledge with information from the Peruvian Andean forests to guide conservation efforts and sustained management. This research on the Peruvian Andes, result of dedication and effort, seeks to contribute to knowledge with information of the area and to guide efforts to conserve and use it properly. Therefore, we understand and seek the change in the people’s attitude related to the use and management of our natural resources, especially those from the forest, a goal that only will succeed if we all take responsibility to inherit optimal conditions for the life of future generations |
