| Spanish abstract | Se desarrolla una teoría sustantiva que explica el proceso de transformación cultural como efecto de invasiones violentas de una sociedad sobre otra, propuesta al interior de la posición teórica de la Arqueología Social Latinoamericana. Como toda teoría sustantiva está expuesta como falible y trascendible ante su contrastación con ejemplos históricos determinados y ante la construcción de otra construcción teórica que explique más y mejor. Se revisa la constitución de la categoría de cultura y se define el proceso de trasformación como dinámica permanente. Se abordan todos los aspectos constitutivos de la teoría sustantiva de la transformación cultural en sus áreas pragmática-metodológica, formal-sintáctica, ontológica, estética, valorativa y empírica desde el materialismo histórico |
| English abstract | The autor develops a substantive theory that explains the process of cultural transformation as an effect of violent invasions of one society over another, proposed within the theoretical position of Latin American Social Archeology. Like any substantive theory, it is exposed as fallible and transcendible in view of its contrast with certain historical examples and the construction of another theoretical construction that explains more and better. The constitution of the category of culture is revised and the process of transformation is defined as a permanent dynamic. All the constitutive aspects of the substantive theory of cultural transformation are reviewed, its pragmatic-methodological, formal-syntactic, ontological, aesthetic, evaluative and empirical aspects are addressed from historical materialism general theory |
