| Spanish abstract | El presente trabajo desarrolla conceptos en relación con la Crítica de la Economía Política y aborda la crisis de la salud en la sociedad contemporánea. La teoría de la subsunción del trabajo y del consumo bajo el capital, presentada aquí, permite ofrecer una periodización histórica de la relación que guarda la producción antropogénica de enfermedades en la sociedad contemporánea con el desarrollo económico de la sociedad. Exponiendo la especificidad histórica que guarda la actual crisis capitalista de reproducción vital y de salud, dentro del contexto de una doble disyuntiva histórica que se yuxtapone a la hora de pensar el devenir histórico de la enfermedad en el siglo XXI |
| English abstract | In the current paper the Critical Political Economy concepts are develop as methodology to analyses the health crisis in the contemporary society. The theories of the subsuntion of the work and of the consumption, allow to propose a series of stages is proposed of a historical periodization of the relationship between anthropogenic production of diseases in contemporary society. This argument allows to give an account of the historical epochal specificity that keeps the current capitalist crisis of vital reproduction and health of the subjects in the context of a double historical dilemma that juxtaposes when it comes to thinking about the historical evolution of the disease in the 21st century |
