| Spanish abstract | Considerando el balance teórico de la escuela post-estructuralista francesa respecto a las recomposiciones sociales del creer en el mundo contemporáneo, el texto busca problematizar aquello que ha sido, desde hace varias décadas, la illusio del antropólogo: viajar para tratar de dar cuenta de los modos de sentir, pensar y actuar de “otros seres humanos” que, desafortunadamente, parecieran estar bastante lejos de los esquemas descriptivos que desde la disciplina se han construido con el fin de describir las simbologías y representaciones territoriales que los demás hacen de sí mismos y de sus propios sistemas cosmológicos. En realidad, ante el imposible ocultamiento de las figuras del exceso (de tiempos, espacios y referencias individuales) que aceleran desesperadamente el movimiento en las sociedades actuales, una demanda ética surge como principio del nuevo trabajo etnológico para describir y prescribir mejor el hábitat y la apropiación simbólica del territorio: es necesario re-pensar, a partir de “una antropología de la antropología de los demás”, las relaciones posibles entre decir y hacer; creer y poder hoy |
| English abstract | Considering the theoretical balance of the French Post-structuralist school as to the social recompositions of beliefs in the contemporary world, this text explores the anthropologist’s illusio: to travel around the world in order to describe the ways of feeling, thinking and acting of “other human beings” who, unfortunately, seem distant from the descriptive schemes of the discipline that, from its beginnings, describes the symbology of territorial representations and cosmological systems. Actually, due to the impossibility of hiding excess fi gures (of times, spaces and individual references) that desperately accelerate the movement of present day societies, a new ethic enquiry appears in order to better describe and prescribe the habitat and the symbolic appropriation of territory: it is necessary to re-think today’s possible relations between what is said and what is done, what is believed and what can be done from “an anthropology of the anthropology of the others” perspective |
