| Spanish abstract | El objetivo del trabajo es presentar el desarrollo de un prototipo para el Expediente Clínico Informatizado (SECI) para el primer nivel de atención en los Servicios de Salud de Veracruz (SESVER), que se apegue al cumplimiento de la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-168-SSA1-1998, del expediente clínico. La herramienta informática desarrollada es la base para la creación de un sistema que permita optimizar el registro de los expedientes clínicos con el apoyo de la tecnología informática. En este primer momento se realizó el análisis, el diseño y las pantallas de captura de la herramienta basada en web, así mismo se realizó el diseño y creación de una base de datos relacional; se desarrollaron rutinas de programación en el entorno web, para que permita el acceso a la base de datos vía Internet con el fin de poner a disposición de los usuarios el expediente clínico informatizado en las unidades de primer nivel de atención de los SESVER en el Estado de Veracruz |
| English abstract | The objective of the work is to show the development of a prototype for the Clinical Expedient Computerized (SECI) for the first level attention in the Services of Health of Veracruz (SESVER), that be attached fulfillment of the Mexican Official Norm NOM- 168-SSA1-1998, of the clinical expedient. The data processing tool developed is the base for the creation of a system that permit to optimize the registration of the clinical expedients with the support of the data processing technology. In this first moment the analysis was carried out, the design and the screens of capture of the tool based on web, thus same the design was carried out and creation of a relational database; they developed routines of programming in the environment web, so that permit the access to the Internet way database in order to putting at the disposal of the users the clinical expedient computerized in the first level attention units of the SESVER in the state of Veracruz |
