| Spanish abstract | Este trabajo de investigación explora las potencialidades de aplicación de las tecnologías de los Sistemas de Información Geográfica (SIG), y de las técnicas de análisis espacial para el estudio del dengue; define como objetivo central la distribución espacial de los casos de dengue clásico y dengue hemorrágico reportados por los Servicios de Salud de Veracruz de los años 2004 y 2005, representando la información de casos e incidencia acumulada para estos padecimientos a través de los mapas con división municipal y por jurisdicciones sanitarias en las cuales se dividió el estado de Veracruz en ese período de tiempo |
| English abstract | This work of investigation explores the potentialities of application of the technologies of the Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and techniques of spatial analysis for the study of the dengue; defines as central objective the spatial distribution of the cases of classical dengue and hemorragic dengue reported by the Services of Health of Veracruz of the years 2004 and 2005, representing the information of cases and the accumulated incidence rate. These sufferings through the maps with municipal division and sanitary jurisdictions in which is divided Veracruz state in this period of time |
