| English abstract | The purpose of this article is to present some aspects of the subjects of the readings we did concerning to the person, the organizations and the groups. Some authors as Freud, Bleger, Ciampa and Dejours helped us to focalize the group phenomenon, considering its formation and performance as well as its relationship with the work. We understand that the individual besides attaching himself by material and/or moral ties also does it by unconscious factors. The organization is the ideal of ego that must be reached and which is, at the same time, unrealizable. Therefore, depressive states or feelings of emptiness, anguish and even the planned death (suicide) are present consequences of all these factors. The questions associated to the work belong to the quality of what is considered essentially human. By this condition we brought to the conclusion about the existence of a certain duality by which the work can be changed into suffering and complete anguish or, on the other hand, be the object of loving investment, a representation of the forces that act to the advantage of the continuity of life |
| Portuguese abstract | O propósito desse artigo é apresentar alguns aspectos das leituras realizadas sobre o indivíduo, as organizações e os grupos. Por meio de alguns autores, como Freud, Bleger, Ciampa e Dejours, enfoca-se o fenômeno grupal, a sua formação e seu funcionamento, como também a sua relação com o trabalho. Entende-se que o homem não só se vincula às organizações por laços materiais e/ou morais, mas especialmente por fatores inconscientes. A organização é o ideal de ego a ser alcançado e que é, ao mesmo tempo, inatingível. Assim, estados depressivos ou sentimentos de vazio, angústia e até mesmo a morte planejada são decorrências presentes. As questões relacionadas ao trabalho pertencem à qualidade do que é considerado essencialmente humano. Por esta condição, chegamos à conclusão da existência de certa dualidade em que o trabalho pode ser transformado em sofrimento e pura angústia ou ser objeto de investimento amoroso, representante das forças que atuam em favor da continuidade da vida |
