| Spanish abstract | El tema de la mediación, no sólo se circunscribe a la solución de conflictos; en materia fiscal significa también una forma de agilizar los procesos de recaudación del sistema tributario del cual se sostiene la actividad del Estado. En nuestro país, hasta este momento el único medio para llevarla a cabo recae en los Acuerdos Conclusivos que se tramitan ante la Procuraduría de la Defensa del Contribuyente. Así, el presente artículo aborda un análisis que va, desde algunos antecedentes de la mediación, el papel fundamental de la PRODECON en la defensa de los derechos del contribuyente, hasta las ventajas y las desventajas de suscribir estos Acuerdos. En tal sentido es de destacar, que se trata de un estudio teórico pero con opiniones y fines prácticos para su implementación |
| English abstract | The topic of mediation not only it circumscribes to conflict resolution; In fiscal matters also means a way of streamlining the processes of collection of the tax system which sustains the activity of the State. In our country, until now the only means to carry it out rests with the Conclusive Agreements that are processed before the Taxpayer’s Advocacy office. Thus, this article approaches an analysis that, from some background of the mediation, the fundamental role of PRODECON in the defense of Taxpayer Rights, to the advantages and disadvantages of subscribing these agreements. In this sense, it should be noted that this is a theoretical study but with opinions and practical purposes for its implementation |
