| Spanish abstract | El conocimiento de la constitución y del derecho se ha estatizado. La historia pasada del autoritarismo afirma su normativismo y forma exclusiones sociales de todo tipo. Ello tiene por consecuencia muchos males: El autoritarismo de quien justifica sus decisiones por imputar sanciones produce muchos males sociales. Se trata de superar estos males y de procesarlos a través de la complejidad epistemológica que presupone en neoconstitucionalismo. Sólo con otra manera de conocer el derecho y la constitución saldremos de la situación de crisis social y epistémica que padecemos, y lograremos hacer resistente nuestra constitución |
| English abstract | Knowledge of the constitution and law has been static. The past history of authoritarianism affirms its normativism and make social exclusion of all kinds. It has as a consequence many evils: the authoritarianism from whom justify its own decisions of imputing sanctions, produces many social ills. Tries to overcome these evils and processing them through the epistemological complexity that presupposes the neoconstitutionalism. Only with other way of understand the law and constitution we will leave the social crisis and epistemic that we suffer today and become resistant achieve our constitution |
