| Spanish abstract | El objetivo de este artículo es analizar la relación entre el pensamiento de Jean François Lyotard y el expresionismo abstracto americano. En primer lugar, estudiaremos las ideas de Lyotard acerca de la estética kantiana. En segundo lugar, nos centraremos en el tema de lo sublime. Finalmente, abordaremos el estudio del concepto de tiempo que determina la conexión entre Lyotard y el expresionismo abstracto. |
| English abstract | The aim of this article is to analyze the relationship between the thought of Jean François Lyotard and the american abstract expressionism. Firstly, we will study the ideas of Lyotard about Kantian aesthetics. Secondly, we will focus on the theme of the sublime. Finally, we will tackle the study of the concept of time that determines the connection between Lyotard and abstract expressionism. |
