| Spanish abstract | La investigación se desarrolló en condiciones de producción, con el sistema de “arroz popular”, en la Finca “Batalla” del productor Onel Hernández Núñez de la Cooperativa de Créditos y Servicios Fortalecida (CCSF) “Conrado Benítez” del municipio de Aguada de Pasajeros, provincia de Cienfuegos, en el período lluvioso del 2015, con el objetivo de evaluar el efecto de los microorganismos eficientes sobre el crecimien-to, desarrollo y rendimiento del arroz en el municipio Aguada de Pasajeros. Se montó un experimento con dos tratamientos y tres réplicas alternándolos en el es-pacio hasta conformar un diseño de Konstantinov, que tiene una distribución sistemática y permite efectuar el riego de aniego por gravedad de forma independiente entre las unidades experimentales y evita el arrastre de los microorganismos hacia las parcelas testigos. Las variantes experimentales fueron: Paquete tecnológico (testigo) y Paquete tecnológico + ME-50. Las aspersio-nes de ME-50 incrementan la altura de las plantas, el número de hijos totales y fértiles por plantón, así como reducen el ciclo de tres a cuatro días hasta el cambio de primordio. La aplicación de ME-50 aumenta el ren-dimiento en 2.53 t.ha-1. El incremento de los ingresos por el aumento del rendimiento debido a la aplicación ME-50 eleva el índice de rentabilidad |
| English abstract | The investigation was developed in conditions of production, with the system of “ popular rice”, in the Property “Batalla” of the Onel producer Hernández Núñez of the Strengthened Cooperative of Credits and Services (CCSF) “Conrado Benítez” of the down municipality of Aguada de Pasajeros, province of Cienfuegos, in the rainy period of the 2015, with the objective to evaluate the effect of the efficient microor-ganisms on the growth, development and yield of the rice in the Aguada de Pasajeros. An experiment with two treatments and three retorts was mounted alter-nating them in the space until conforming a design of Konstantinov. That it has a systematic distribution and it allows to carry out the irrigation by gravity of independent form between the experimental units and avoids the drag the microorganisms towards the parcels witnesses. The experimental variants were: Technological package (witness) and technological Package + ME-50. The ME-50 aspersions increase: the height of the plants, the total and fertile number of tiller, as well as reduce the cycle of three to four days until the bud change. The application of ME-50 increases the yield in 2.53 t.ha-1 The increase of the income by the increase of the yield due to applica-tion ME-50 elevates the profitability index |
