| Spanish abstract | Desde la perspectiva de la antropología feminista, en este artículo se propone abordar el análisis de los principales cambios que ha supuesto la introducción de las políticas de contratación en origen de cupos1 de mujeres inmigrantes en el cultivo intensivo de la fresa en Andalucía (España). Partiendo de una metodología cualitativa, apoyada con la entrevista en profundidad y la observación participante, se intentará ilustrar la conexión específica que se establece entre la división territorial del trabajo, las políticas de contratación en origen y la feminización del trabajo en esta agricultura globalizada |
| English abstract | In this study we set out to approach, from the perspective of feminist anthropology, the analysis of the principal changes that have arisen in Andalucía (Spain) from the introduction of policies for hiring quotas1 of immigrant women in their countries of origin in the intensive cultivation of strawberry. Starting from a qualitative methodology, sustained on in-depth interviews and participant observation, we will try to illustrate the specific connection that is established between territorial division of labor, policies of hiring in countries of origin, and feminization of labor in this globalized agriculture |
