| English abstract | This article aims to address the description of the typology of street theft in the locality three of Santa Fe in the center of the city of Bogotá, in the park "the butterfly", in addition to the impact on security and the perception of the criminal phenomenon. According to the studied environment, different edges are evidenced to counteract crime by the authorities, in addition to the description of the police training model to improve the suitability of the uniformed. In order to contribute to the aforementioned, it is intended to describe the particularities of theft, as well as to develop in students the skills to respond in police activity.This article aims to address the description of the typology of street theft in the locality three of Santa Fe in the center of the city of Bogotá, in the park "the butterfly", in addition to the impact on security and the perception of the criminal phenomenon. | Spanish abstract | Este artículo tiene por objeto abordar la descripción de la tipología del hurto callejero en la localidad tres de Santa Fe en el centro de la ciudad de Bogotá, en el parque "la mariposa", además del impacto a la seguridad y la percepción del fenómeno delictivo. De acuerdo con el entorno estudiado, se evidencian diferentes aristas para contrarrestar el delito por parte de las autoridades, además de la descripción del modelo de formación policial para perfeccionar la idoneidad del uniformado. Con el fin de aportar a lo mencionados, se pretende describir las particularidades del hurto, así como desarrollar en los estudiantes competencias para responder en la actividad de policía.El presente documento incide en la educación policial, desde la implementación de mejoras en el diseño de asignaturas específicas en el programa académico Técnico Profesional en Servicio de Policía (TPSP) ofertado por la Dirección Nacional de Escuelas, mediante un método enmarcado en el paradigma cualitativo, donde se describen las modalidades y técnicas del hurto; además de describir las características del aprendizaje en el contexto policial, evidenciando como conclusión, la pretensión de mejorar el proceso formativo del patrullero de policía. |
