| Spanish abstract | El objetivo principal de este trabajo es mostrar el sufrimiento que padecen los actores involucrados en la creación de una institución. A pesar de que el origen del establecimiento lo encontramos en el pasado, de manera constante aparece en el presente y lo hará también en el futuro. La historia tiene un registro de la institución que nos permite ver sus leyendas, mitos, ritos, símbolos, antepasados, ceremonias y la misión a cumplir. | English abstract | The main objective of this work is to show the suffering lived by actors involved in the creation of an institution. Although the origin of the establishment is found in the past, it appears in a constant way presently and it will also do the same in the future. The history has a register of the institution that allows us to see its legends, myths, rites, symbols, ancestors, ceremonies and the mission it has to accomplish. This article summarizes ten years of the institutional novel of the Institute of Higher Education of the GDF (Federal District Government), which makes us realize human suffering |
