| Resumen en español | La formación profesional desde la perspectiva académica del docente, se ha venido observando a través de la actualización de conocimientos, vía talleres, cursos, seminarios, etc. A pesar de ello, nuevos paradigmas han venido apareciendo en el campo de la investigación científica, en lo relacionado a la forma de hacerlo. La revisión teórica abarca el campo de la investigación científica y las actividades investigativas y formativas. El presente trabajo, ubica en una relación a docentes y estudiantes, para que exista formación en la función práctica de la investigación, y de forma vertical los aprendizajes sean dirigidos del maestro al alumno y del alumno al maestro. Lo encontrado en la literatura permite destacar la forma que esta relación debe coincidir y los métodos que se deberán aplicar en el campo formativo. Se realizó una investigación cuantitativa en la que se identificó, la interacción que tiene lugar al respecto en la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas y a la vez la producción científica, demostrando los bajos valores que existen en esta situación y que existen oportunida-des de aprender que son desperdiciadas, por viejos paradigmas que plantean que el docente hace la investigación y el estudiante es sólo un ayudante práctico, cuando en realidad debe ser técnico |
| Resumen en inglés | The professional training from the academic perspective of the teacher, has been observed through the updating of knowled-ge, via workshops, courses, seminars, etc. In spite of this, new paradigms have been appearing in the field of scientific research, as regards the way of doing it. The theoretical review covers the field of scientific research and the research and training activities. The present work places teachers and students in a relationship, so that there is training in the practical function of research, and vertically the learning is directed from the teacher to the student and from the student to the teacher. What is found in the literature makes it possible to highlight the way this relationship should coincide and the methods that should be applied in the field of education. Quantitative research was carried out in which the interaction between the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and the scientific production was identified, demonstrating the low values that exist in this situation and that there are opportunities to learn that are wasted, by old paradigms that state that the teacher does the research and the student is only a practical assistant, when in fact it must be technical |
