| Resumen en español | En el siguiente artículo se describe, en apretada síntesis,la arquitectura de una red de comunicaciones móviles basada en las especificaciones del sistema LTE (Long Evolution Term). Para ello, a partir de un análisis inicial de la arquitectura genérica adoptada en los sistemas celulares 2G/3G actuales, se identifican los elementos fundamentales que componen la arquitectura de red de toda la familia de sistemas especificada por 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project). Esta identificación permite enmarcar de manera clara y precisa cuáles son,ya qué criterios básicos de diseño obedecen, los nuevos componentes introducidos por el sistema LTE respecto a las redes GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) y UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) |
| Resumen en inglés | This article describes, in tight synthesis, the mobile architecture of a communications network based in the specifications of the system LTE (Long Evolution Term). For it, from an initial analysis of the generic architecture embraced at present at the cell systems 2G/3G, they identify the fundamental elements that fix the network architecture of the whole family of systems specified by 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project). This identification allows delimiting of obvious and precise way, which ones are, and what basic criteria of design they obey, the new components introduced by the system LTE in relation to the nets GSM (Global System for MobileCommunications)and UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) |
