| Resumen en inglés | A descriptive study was carried out in Bikenibeu Este, Timor Leste, in the period March-August 2010, in order to know the most frequent causes of dermatological diseases. The universe is made up of 364 patients, and the sample is 42. The selected patients were studied with exudates, antibiogram and other investigations to identify the germs that most frequently caused infection and the response to treatment. This allowed for the inference of the remaining patients and the behavior and better management of this problem. |
| Resumen en español | Se realiza un estudio descriptivo en Bikenibeu Este, Timor Leste, en el período marzo-agosto de 2010, con el objetivo de conocer las causas más frecuentes de enfermedades dermatológicas. El universo está formado por 364 pacientes, y la muestra por 42. Los pacientes seleccionados fueron estudiados con exudados, antibiograma y otras investigaciones para identificar los gérmenes que más frecuentemente causaban infección y la respuesta al tratamiento. Esto permitió tratar por inferencia a los restantes pacientes y conocer el comportamiento y mejor manejo de este problema. |
