Resumen en inglés | At the dawn of the State of Chile, the jurisdictional bodies were able to influence the operation of the administrative authorities by way of warnings, orders and regulations that were registered in certain anomalous operative parts that decided on accessory matters which were not completely separated from the main matter regarding Administration. This situation denotes the early contribution of the courts to building a Constitutional State in the independent State |
