| Resumen en inglés | Objective: to analyze nursing management in patients undergoing continuous renal replacement therapy. Method: Documentary review. Results and conclusion: It has been identified that for the management of ARF in critically ill patients the CRRT is the most widely used worldwide, the studies carried out in various articles do not show a wide heterogeneity in variables such as the inclusion criteria or the time of initiation of CRRT, with the passage of time the modalities of dialysis therapy have advanced seeking the most appropriate method for the patient and we have the following modalities (UFVVLC, HFVVC, HDVVC or HDFVVC) and adjusting the dose of dialysis used have been shown to be at least as effective and safe as their alternatives. |
| Resumen en español | Objetivo: analizar el manejo de enfermería en pacientes sometidos a terapia continua de remplazo renal. Método: Revisión documental. Resultados y conclusión: Se han identificado que para el manejo de la IRA en pacientes críticos es el TRRC, siendo el más utilizados a nivel mundial, los estudios realizados en diversos artículos no muestran una amplia heterogeneidad en variables como son los criterios de inclusión o el momento de inicio de la TRRC, con el paso del tiempo las modalidades de la terapia en diálisis han avanzado buscando el método más adecuado para el paciente y tenemos las siguientes modalidades (UFVVLC, HFVVC, HDVVC o HDFVVC) y ajustando la dosis de diálisis utilizada han demostrado ser, al menos, tan eficaces y seguras como sus alternativas. |
