Resumen en inglés | The propose of this article was to propose a teaching strategy of graphic design, to organize effectively the visual message of the media oriented for university students, the research was besed on the epistemological perspective of construccionism, the theoretica perspectives of interpretivism, symbolic interactionism, semiotics, as well as on the theoreticao of the image staed by Aumont (1992), Dondis (1998) , Sandin (2003), Sexe (2001) and Sevillano (2004), methodolgy was structured by triangulation of a) content analysis to evaluate visual results of all sections; b) and open ended questionaire applied in the section where strategy was used; and c) interviews to teachers of the area. The application of visual strategy was considered by the sample as relevant in the rating scale of 90 %, results determinated that the visual strategy suggets an multidisciplinary character of the graphic desing through the inclusion of communication areas. These disciplines demonstrated the functionality to strenghten the visual skills of individuals to represent ideas coherently |
