| Resumen en español | El concepto de interés expresa un fenómeno polisintético. Por ello, se debe abordar desde un punto de vista interdisciplinario. Desde la Grecia Antigua, ha sido relacionado con lo útil. En lo que concierne a su percepción, hay una relación estrecha entre las necesidades, la razón, el entendimiento, la voluntad, el conocimiento y la conducta. La categoría de intereses de mayor jerarquía son los intereses de la humanidad, los cuales, con relación a los problemas globales, son la expresión de la razón de nuestro tiempo (Ratio humanitatis universalitis). Dichos intereses constituyen el referente y el criterio para las demás categoría de intereses y para la conducta de los Estados. Desde una perspectiva filosófica, el comune bonum humanitatis representa los intereses de la humanidad. El interés es una categoría principal de la Sociología del Derecho Internacional. | Resumen en inglés | The interest is a polysynthetic phenomenon. Therefore you have to applicable a transdisciplinary reflection. Since the Old Greeks is the question of the utility. Concerning the perception there is an internal coherence between the reason, the intellect, the will, the knowledge and the act. The highest category of interest is the interest of mankind, in connection with the global problems of mankind an expression of the reason in our time (Ratiohumanitatis universalitatis). That interest is standard and criterion for the other categories of interest and for the act of states. In philosophical view the commune bonum humanitatis is an expression of the interest of mankind. Regarding the realisation of state interests there is a furher frontier: the basical principles of international public law. The interest is a category fundamental of the sociology of the international public law. The present contribution is result of basical research with enlargement of knowledge |
| Otro resumen | Das Interesse ist ein polysynthetisches Phänomen. Daher muss man eine transdisziplinäre Sicht anwenden. Seit den Alten Griechen handelt es sich um den Nutzen. Hinsichtlich der Wahrnehmung gibt es einen inneren Zusammenhang zwischen den Bedürfnissen, der Wahrnehmung, der Vernunft, dem Verstand, dem Willen, der Erkenntnis und dem Verhalten. Die höchste Interessenkategorie ist das Menschheitsinteresse, in Verbindung mit den globalen Problemen der Menschheit ein Ausdruck der Vernunft in unserer Zeit (Ratio humanitatis universalitatis). Dieses Interesse ist Maßstab und Kriterium für die anderen Interessenkategorien und für das Handeln der Staaten. In philosophischer Hinsicht ist das commune bonum humanitatis ein Ausdruck des Menschheitsinteresses. Bezüglich der Realisierung der Staatsinteressen gibt es eine Grenze: die grundlegenden Prinzipien des Völkerrechts. Das Interesse ist eine Hauptkategorie der Völkerrechtssoziologie. Der vorliegende Beitrag ist Ergebnis von Grundlagenforschung. Es wird Neuland beschritten und Erkenntniszuwachs angestrebt |
