| Resumen en español | El trabajo aborda el papel desempeñado por la gestión de tecnologías sociales participativas en la conformación, entre los actores sociales de la altiplanicie Pinares de Mayarí, de un sujeto colectivo que contribuya de manera más efectiva al desarrollo sostenible del territorio. A partir del análisis de algunas experiencias llevadas a cabo en América Latina y Cuba, se describe lo realiza do en la altiplanicie en materia de capacitación y formación de actores sociales para la gestión comunitaria y ambiental, el fomento del diálogo de saberes y sinergias cognitivas, y la conformación de una red de actores comprometidos con el desarrollo sost enible. Por último, se relacionan los resultados alcanzados con los niveles de emigración del territorio , y se concluye que est e es uno de los fenómenos que más atenta contra la formación del sujeto social colectivo, dado que los grupos sociales que la pr otagonizan son aquellos que han sido objeto de manera más sistemática de los proyectos de educación ambiental y desarrollo comunitario, y, en consecuencia, los más capacitados para llevar a cabo acciones que contribuyan al d esarrollo sostenible |
| Resumen en inglés | The work approaches the paper carried out by the social technologi es management in the conformation, among the social actors of the plateau Pin ares de Mayarí, of a collective fellow that contributes from a more effective way to the sustainable development. Starting from the analysis of some experiences carried out in La tin America and Cuba, that is described carried out in the plateau as regards training and social actors' formation for the use of the technologies in the community and environmental administration, and foment of the dialogue of knowledge and synergies, an d the conformation of a committed actors with the development of the sustainable development. Lastly, they are related the results reached with emigration, and concludes that it is one of the facts that more attentive against the collective social fellow's formation, since the social groups that energize it are those that have been object in more systematic way of the projects of environmental education and community development, and, in consequence, those more qualified to carry out actions that they contr ibute to the sustainable development in the territory |
