| Resumen en inglés | The facades are elements of the building that are inexorably exposed to the weather, the safe and economical inspec-tion of the facades lacks new technologies as a counterpoint to the traditional industrial mountaineering process. The objective is to present the association of inspection of pathological manifestations of facades with the use of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), seeking to verify the feasibility of its use in buildings of high heights. A bibliographic review on the theme was carried out and then a case study was carried out, by scanning the four facades of a build-ing located in the city of Recife, State of Pernambuco, where it was possible to verify the pathological manifestations present in the building envelope. The results demonstrate that the equipment proved to be efficient through the appli-cation of a specific protocol. The main contribution of the research is to be able to map and identify the pathological manifestations in high-rise buildings |
| Resumen en portugués | As fachadas são elementos da edificação que estão inexoravelmente expostas às intempéries, a inspeção segura e econômica das fachadas carece de novas tecnologias em contraponto ao tradicional processo de alpinismo industrial. Objetiva-se apresentar a associação da inspeção de manifestações patológicas de fachadas com o emprego de veículo aéreo não tripulado (VANT), buscando verificar a viabilidade de sua utilização em edifícios de elevadas alturas. Foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a temática e em seguida, foi realizado um estudo de caso, através da varredura das quatro fachadas de uma edificação localizada na cidade do Recife, Estado de Pernambuco, onde se conseguiu constatar as manifestações patológicas presentes na envoltória do prédio. Os resultados demonstram que o equipamento se mostrou eficiente mediante a aplicação de específico protocolo. A principal contribuição da pesquisa consiste em poder mapear e identificar as manifestações patológicas em edifícios de elevadas alturas |
