| Resumen en inglés | The article emphatizes the necessity of establishing technical standards to secure the mineral resource base an transparency of the associated ventures. Article attempts then to make explicit the difference between industries in general and mining industry. in particuar those subjected to the use , decreasing productivity and, at the end, non-renovability of the resource base. Industry that requires huge mounts of capital fo the definition and and delineation of mineral deposits industry affected to price bonanzas and depressions in periods. There are reasons for make transparency a goal of technical and economic data associated with mine ventures. Transparency is not only a requiement of international financial institutions for credit lending, but also for the enterprises themselves for the benefits of their owners and workers |
