| Resumen en español | En este artículo el autor analiza los deberes y obligaciones que las constituciones y los tratados internacionales de derechos humanos imponen a las personas físicas y jurídicas. Se analizan primero varias constituciones del mundo, comenzando por la Declaración de Derechos y Deberes del Hombre y del Ciudadano incluida en la constitución francesa de 1795 y clasificándolas según el tratamiento que cada una hace del tema. Luego estudia las normas del derecho internacional de los derechos humanos que también establecen deberes en cabeza de los individuos y finalmente realiza un análisis de ese arsenal normativo, clasificando los deberes de acuerdo al sujeto activo de la obligación, de acuerdo a si están consagradas en forma expresa o no y de acuerdo a si tienen prevista una sanción expresa o no |
| Resumen en inglés | In this article the author analyzes the duties and obligations that the constitutions and international human rights treaties impose on natural and legal persons. Several constitutions of the world are first analyzed, starting with the Declaration of Rights and Duties of Man and of the Citizen included in the French constitution of 1795 and classifying them according to the treatment that each one makes of the subject. Then it studies the norms of international human rights law that also establish duties in the head of individuals and finally performs an analysis of that normative arsenal, classifying the duties according to the active subject of the obligation, according to whether they are consecrated in the express or not and according to whether they have an express sanction or not |
