Resumen en inglés The teaching performance of the military requires a special look, since along with military sciences other branches of knowledge related to pedagogical work are developed. Although the teachers of these institutions manage to transmit their knowledge and life experience, there are still insufficiencies that limit the execution of professional functions. Therefore, this article aims to demonstrate the importance of scientific research on teaching performance as a pedagogical process, for the evaluation of professionals in the Military Academy of the Air Force of the Republic of Angola based on the relevance of the pedagogical strategy that is proposed, based on a professional approach. In it, the actions for improvement, training and methodological work are articulated on the basis of the proposal of a framework of good teaching performance as a permanent exercise of reflection, self-diagnosis and self-evaluation of the pedagogical practice in the academy. The introduction of partial in practice reveals a significant contrast with the reality that gave rise to the study, an aspect that augurs superior results in the pre-experiment planned as its closure.
Resumen en español El desempeño docente de los militares requiere de una mirada especial, pues junto a las ciencias militares se desarrollan otras ramas del saber relacionadas con el quehacer pedagógico. Aunque los docentes de estas instituciones consiguen trasmitir sus conocimientos y experiencia de vida, aún persisten insuficiencias que limitan la ejecución de funciones profesionales. Por lo que el presente artículo tiene como objetivo demostrar la importancia de la investigación científica sobre el desempeño docente como proceso pedagógico, para la evaluación de los profesionales en la Academia Militar de la Fuerza Aérea de la República de Angola a partir de la pertinencia de la estrategia pedagógica que se propone, basada en un enfoque profesionalizante. En ella se articulan las acciones de superación, capacitación y trabajo metodológico sobre la base de la propuesta de un marco de buen desempeño docente como ejercicio permanente de reflexión, autodiagnóstico y autoevaluación de la práctica pedagógica en la academia. La introducción de parcial en la práctica revela un contraste significativo con la realidad que dio lugar al estudio, aspecto que augura resultados superiores en el pre-experimento previsto como cierre de este.Abstract: The teaching performance of the military requires a special look, since along with military sciences other branches of knowledge related to pedagogical work are developed.
