Resumen en español Este trabajo tiene como objetivo identificar actividades productivas terciarias, con potencial para conformar Sistemas Productivos Locales (SPL) y fortalecer el tejido empresarial de Baja California Sur (BCS). El trabajo se divide en cuatro apartados: el primero, describe el objetivo y justificación; el segundo, resalta la importancia de implementar políticas que fomenten el desarrollo de sistemas productivos locales en los territorios; el tercero, analiza las características de la estructura productiva de BCS y como estas características determinan, por una parte, la necesidad de fomentar el desarrollo del tejido productivo y por otra, el énfasis terciario que debe tener el fomento de SPL en el estado; el cuarto, presenta los resultados de acuerdo a la metodología empleada
Resumen en inglés This work aims to identify tertiary productive activities with the potential to form Local Production Systems (SPL) in Baja California Sur (BCS). The work is divided into four sections: the first describes the purpose and justification; the second highlights the relationship between local production systems and public policy, competitiveness, territory in order to highlight the importance of implementing policies that encourage the development of local production systems in the territories; the third analyzes the characteristics of the production structure of the BCS and how these characteristics determine the tertiary emphasis that should be the promotion of SPL in the state; the fourth presents the results according to the methodology employed
