| Resumen en inglés | For Physical Education teachers in Baja California there is no specific training for the subject. The main objective of this research is to select the elements of a distance training design for physical education teachers from Baja California. This research is descriptive with a mixed, qualitative-quantitative approach, and consists of three stages, selection of the Digital Platform (Moodle) through the methods, incomplete inductive logic by simple enumeration and the expert, selection of the Instructional Model (4C/ID) by means of incomplete inductive logic by simple enumeration and analogical methods, and the selection of the program topics, which was carried out by reviewing documents. The analysis of the quantitative information was carried out through the statistical program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25.0, and the Nvivo12 software was used to code the qualitative data. The selected elements will form part of the training design that will be proposed. |
| Resumen en español | En Baja California no existe capacitación específica para docentes de Educación Física, por esa razón, el objetivo principal de esta investigación es seleccionar una capacitación a distancia para los maestros de educación física bajacalifornianos. Esta investigación es descriptiva con enfoque mixto, cualitativo-cuantitativo, y consta de tres etapas, selección de la Plataforma Digital (Moodle) a través de los métodos, lógico de inducción incompleta por simple enumeración y el pericial, selección del Modelo Instruccional (4C/ID) por medio de los métodos lógico de inducción incompleta por simple enumeración y el analógico, y la selección de los temas del programa, lo que se realizó revisando documentos. El análisis de la información cuantitativa se realizó a través del programa estadístico Statiscal Packageforthe Social Science (SPSS) versión 25.0, y para la codificación de los datos cualitativos se usó el software Nvivo12. El diseño propuesto ayudará con la capacitación de los maestros de Educación Física bajacalifornianos. |
