| Resumen en inglés | Organizational culture (OC) is a dynamic tool and can be a favorable strategy for the organization. This is qualitative research, and the method is narrative. The objective was to analyze the relevant bibliography on the subject of OC and its relationship with productivity in organizations and health institutions, to address the problems observed at an IMSS General Hospital of the IMSS. 230 articles and texts were found and analyzed, selecting ten for this work, which agree on the relevance of constructing a diagnosis of the OC, for this, the model the Edgar Schein was chosen for a future application. It was concluded that this diagnosis can be the basis for applying solutions to the problems that are detected at any of the levels evaluated by the model: artifacts, values or assumptions |
| Resumen en español | La cultura organizacional (CO) es una herramienta dinámica y puede ser una estrategia favorable a la organización. Se trata de un trabajo cualitativo, y el método es narrativo. El objetivo fue analizar la bibliografía pertinente al tema de CO y su relación con la productividad en organizaciones e instituciones de salud, para atender la problemática observada en un Hospital General de Zona del IMSS. Se encontraron y analizaron 230 artículos y textos, seleccionando diez para este trabajo, que coinciden en la relevancia de realizar un diagnóstico de la CO, para esto se tomó predilección por el modelo de Edgar Schein para su futura aplicación. Se concluyó que este diagnóstico puede ser la base para aplicar soluciones a las problemáticas que se detecten en cualquiera de sus niveles señalados en el modelo: artefactos, valores o presunciones. |
