| Resumen en inglés | We can summarize the main objectives of the treatment of the migraine’s acute frame in: to liberate the patient of the painful frame, to avoid the recurrence of the pain, to reinstall the patient in his daily activities, to lengthen the period free of migraine crisis. The treatment of the patient with migraine depends on the duration and severity of the headache; the associated symptoms, the grade of inability and the initial answer to the therapy. Diverse clinical investigations studying the treatment of acute migraine takes as parameter to evaluate the therapeutic answer the proportion of patients in who the moderate or severe headache passes to light or disappears in the two following hours to the medication |
