| Resumen en español | El constitucionalismo actual vive una profunda crisis que consiste en haber olvidado su sentido original y no ser capaz de cumplir la finalidad que inicialmente se le asignó. Para intentar entender esa crisis se ensaya un largo rodeo histórico en el que se estudiará una antigua institución judeocristiana: la soberanía divina. Lo anterior podría demostrar que el problema del constitucionalismo obedece a un error en el planteamiento de la pregunta por el poder, lo cual exigiría formular nuevamente la pregunta y buscar otra respuesta |
| Resumen en inglés | Constitutionalism is at present experiencing a severe crisis which consists of having forgotten its original sense and not being able to fulfil the purpose originally assigned to it. In trying to understand that crisis, we attempt a long historical detour in which an ancient Judaeo-Christian institution, that of divine sovereignty, will be studied. The aforementioned could show that the problem of constitutionalism is due to an error in the way in which the question about power is expressed, which would require that the question is re-stated and a new answer sought |
