Resumen en inglés Exact analytical solutions for the two-mode nondegenerate parametric amplifier have been obtained by using the transformation from the two-dimensional harmonic oscillator Hamiltonian. Some important physical properties such as quantum statistics and quadrature squeezing of the corresponding states are investigated. In addition, these states carry classical features such as Poissonian statistics and minimize the Heisenberg uncertainty relation of a pair of the coordinate and the momentum operators
