| Resumen en español | La investigación sobre iniciativa emprendedora (IE) se integra en la misión estratégica de la universidad estudiada, al fomentar la investigación y el desarrollo de esta competencia entre su alumnado y personal académico. El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar el estado del arte de la investigación en los diferentes textos académicos que han realizado los miembros de esta comunidad universitaria, a través de un mapa que permite construir conocimientos desarrollados en un área específica de la realidad social, con el propósito de describir los aspectos investigados sobre la iniciativa emprendedora. La metodología utilizada fue el análisis de contenido (AC) sobre los supuestos presentes en los textos académicos, los trabajos de grado, presentaciones y artículos publicados en revistas nacionales e internacionales en el período 2000-2007. El AC examinó el corpus, tendencias, abordaje metódico, resultados, semejanzas e innovaciones en las propuestas presentes en los textos seleccionados. El estudio aportó hallazgos en forma sistemática sobre un área considerada competencia clave en las organizaciones del siglo XXI y nuevos conocimientos que apoyan la gestión curricular e investigativa de la universidad y la sociedad. Las conclusiones señalan el estado primigenio de la investigación centrada en el enfoque de rasgos, se recomienda la conformación de líneas de investigación que estudien el tópico desde las diferentes perspectivas presentes en la literatura especializada |
| Resumen en inglés | The investigation on Entrepreneurship Initiative (EI) is integrated based on the strategic mission of the studied university, in order to foster the research and development of this competence on its student body and academic personnel. The objective of this work is to analyze the state of the art of investigation in the different academic texts that have been doned by members of this university community. The methodology used was the analysis of content (AC) on the existing assumptions in the academic texts. The state of the art consists in the elaboration of a map that allows to build developed knowledge in a specific area of the social reality, with the intention of describing the researched aspects of the entrepreneurship initiative. The descriptors chosen were validated by experts in the area. The unities of analysis are academic texts from the studied university community in the period 2000-2007. The AC examined the corpus, tendencies, methodological approach, results, similarities and innovations in the existing proposal from the selected texts. There were analyzed some thesis and articles published in national and international journals. The research contributed with findings in a systematic way on an area, which is considered a key competence in the organizations of the XXI century. New knowledge supports the curricular and investigative management of the university and society. The conclusions show the native state of the investigation centered in the approach of the findings. It is recommended the conformation of lines of investigation that study the topic from different perspectives present in the specialized literature |
