| Resumen en español | El presente trabajo intenta ahondar en las razones que han pretendido despojar al quehacer artístico de toda mediación cognitiva. La escisión entre el sentir y el inteligir parece subyacer como la raíz del problema. Al proponer la cooriginareidad entre la inteligencia y la realidad, la concepción zubiriana del acto de intelección humano nos pareció superar el conflicto, pues el dualismo entre inteligir y sentir se advierte como una conceptuación metafísica que deforma los hechos. La intelección es “en” el sentir mismo; de aquí que la inteligencia sea sentiente. Inteligir consiste en aprehender formalmente lo real como real; sentir es aprehender lo real en impresión. La estructura de aprehensión de realidad es unitaria. De aquí que las vías elegidas sean de realidad, pues inteligir implica la actualización de lo real en la inteligencia.Desde esta visión, la experiencia artística no tiene por qué contraponerse al modo conceptivo de aprehender y expresar lo real, pues tal asunción implicaría introducir la dualidad entre el sentir y el inteligir, y ésta, para Zubiri, sólo existe entre inteligencia y realidad. La experiencia del fundamento, en que consiste el principio de la razón, es diversa para todos por razón de la apertura de lo real. Esto no implica que la verdad sea relativa; es sólo “modal”. Negar, por ello, el valor del símbolo, implica asumir que tampoco el filósofo aprehende una dimensión de lo real que se resiste a ser reducida al modo conceptivo de expresarse |
| Resumen en inglés | This paper intends to deepen into the reasons which have pretend to deprive artistic experience from any cognitive mediation. The opposition between the senses and the intellect seems to be at the ground of the problem. Because he proposes a same source for intelligence and reality, Zubiri seems to overcome the conflict with his conception of the human act of intellection, since the dualism between the intellect and sensing happens to be for him a metaphisical conceptuation which deforms facts. The intellection is “in” sensing itself; therefore human intelligence is sentient. Intellective knowing consists in the formal apprehension of reality as real, sensing is the apprehension of reality in impression. The structure of reality apprehension is unitarian. Therefore, the chosen ways are of reality, since intellective knowledge is the actualization of reality in the intelligence. From this point of view, the artistic experience doesnt have to oppose to the conceptual mode of apprehend and express reality, since that assumption would introduce the dualism between sensing and human intellection and this, for Zubiri, only exists between intelligence and reality. The experience of the ground, in which lays the principle of the reason, is diverse for everybody because of the openness of reality. This doesnt implicate that the truth is relative; its only “modal”. To deny, therefore, the value of the symbol, would entangle that neither the philosopher apprehends a dimension of reality which resists to be reduced to a conceptual mode of expression |
