| Resumen en español | Las actuales apuestas gubernamentales y locales hacia el logro de un escenario de posconflicto han volcado el interés hacia el desarrollo del turismo en zonas que por años fueron escenarios de desplazamiento, combates, cultivos de uso ilícito, tráfico de drogas y control de territorios, lo que plantea la inquietud acerca de si realmente la actividad turística y hotelera puede ser una vía o un instrumento, que involucre a los actores que fueron o son parte del conflicto, a generar nuevas alternativas de desarrollo a nivel local, aprovechando los beneficios otorgados por el gobierno. De esta manera, el objetivo de esta investigación se centró en medir la percepción que tienen los hoteleros del municipio de Florencia Caquetá frente al establecimiento de una cuota tributaria que grave el alojamiento o pernoctación del turista y que el recaudo de esos recursos sea destinado a financiar una parte o la totalidad del posconflicto. Son muchos los países que tienen el impuesto al alojamiento o pernoctación y los recursos recaudados son destinados en su mayor parte para preservar el orden, el ornato, y el paisaje, fomentando para ello un turismo responsable y ambientalmente sostenible. Se tuvo en cuenta una muestra de 34 establecimientos de alojamiento y hospedaje que corresponde al 50% de los inscritos en la Cámara de Comercio de Florencia, para ello se desarrolló una investigación de corte descriptiva de tipo mixto, aplicada y de revisión, utilizando la encuesta como instrumento de recolección de la información. Se concluye entonces que, de acuerdo a los hoteleros, luego de la firma de los acuerdos de paz, aumentará la afluencia de turistas al departamento del Caquetá; sin embargo, expresan no estar de acuerdo con el establecimiento de esta figura tributaria ya que creen que alejará a los mismos |
| Resumen en inglés | The current governmental and local bets towards the achievement of a post-conflict scenario have turned the interest towards the development of tourism in areas that for years were scenarios of displacement, combats, cultivation of illicit use, drug trafficking and control of territories, which raises the concern about whether tourism and hotel activity really can be a way or an instrument, involving the actors that were or are part of the conflict, to generate new alternatives for development at the local level, taking advantage of the benefits granted by the government . In this way, the objective of this research focused on measuring the perception that hoteliers in the municipality of Florencia Caquetá have regarding the establishment of a tax quota that affects the lodging or overnight stay of tourists and that the collection of these resources is destined to finance part or all of the post-conflict. There are many countries that have the tax on accommodation or overnight stay and the resources collected are mostly destined to preserve order, ornate, and landscape, fostering responsible and environmentally sustainable tourism. A sample of 34 lodging and lodging establishments was taken into account that corresponds to 50% of the registered ones in the Chamber of Commerce of Florence, for it a descriptive investigation of mixed type was developed, applied and of revision, using the survey as an instrument for gathering information.
