| English abstract | The objective of this article is to analyze the doctoral thesis by publications in Mexico. Public universities (UNAM, IPN, UdeG) do not present this option. Private universities have more options for doctoral degrees: UEM, IESCDA have automatic degrees; UBC, UNISANT have more than ten degree options (one for publications); UNICLA, IEUM, IPEP have the option of a degree by publications. |
| Spanish abstract | El artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la tesis doctoral por publicaciones en México. Las universidades públicas (UNAM, IPN, UdeG) no presentan esta opción. Las universidades particulares presentan más opciones para titulación del doctorado: UEM, IESCDA cuentan con titulación automática; UBC, UNISANT presentan más de diez opciones de titulación (una por publicaciones); UNICLA, IEUM, IPEP tienen opción de titulación por publicaciones. |
