| Spanish abstract | Este ensayo de carácter argumentativo tiene como objetivo generar indicadores del pensamiento gerencial emergente a partir de la definición de los siguientes descriptores: lo epistemológico, lo axiológico, lo estratégico, las tecnologías. De allí se derivaron subdimensiones con sus respectivos descriptores que marcan el discurso del pensamiento emergente y que contribuyen a explicar e interpretar desde un andamiaje teórico, el derrumbe del pensamiento gerencial heredado de la modernidad. Se concluye con un conjunto de reflexiones que nos permiten avizorar que las ciencias administrativas y gerenciales deben contextualizar el discurso gerencial emergente para poder determinar cuan preparadas están para afrontar el reto de la sociedad del conocimiento o del aprendizaje |
| English abstract | This test of argumentativo character must like objective generate indicators of the emergent managemental thought from the definition of following the description ones: the epistemologic thing, the axiological, the strategist, the technologies. respective subdimensions with their description ones were derived there that mark the speech of the emergent thought and which they contribute to explain and to interpret from a theoretical scaffolding, the landslide of the inherited managemental thought of modernity. One concludes with a set of reflections that allow us to watch that administrative and managemental sciences must contextualized the emergent managemental speech to be able to determine how prepared are for confronting the challenge of the society of the knowledge or the learning |
