| Spanish abstract | El proceso de investigación científica exige un a reflexión por la falta de rigor que se aprecia en algunas de ellas, por ejemplo, la discusión pública por los derechos de la autoría de ciertos trabajos de investigación o la falsificación de datos o manipulación de propuestas científicas por interés partidista. Para la comprensión del tema se presenta cinco secciones: en la primera se habla de escándalos dentro del mundo científico y se esbozan diferentes problemas éticos dentro de la investigación; en la segunda se señala la postura de Popper con respecto a cómo enfrentar los conflictos, en la tercera se hace una breve reseña de la disputa, luego se relatan los acontecimientos en Kyoto, allí se analizan las palabras del profesor Kamino y la respuesta de Popper, finalmente se reflexiona sobre la ética de la investigación |
| English abstract | The scientific research process demands reflection, due to the lack of rigor observed in some of them, for instance, the public discussion about authorship rights of certain researches or the data forgery or the manipulation of some scientific proposals because of party interests. Five sections are presented in order to explain this topic: in the first, scandals in the scientific wo rld are dealt with, and different ethic problems in the field of research are outlined. In the second, the opinion of Popper on how to face conflicts is referred to. In the third, the dispute is briefly outlined, and then the events in Kyoto are related, h ere the words of professor Kamino and the reply of Popper are analyzed. Finally, the ethics of research is carefully considered |
