| Spanish abstract | En el presente trabajo se determinan la forma en que los jueces dispusieron la reparación integral en las acciones de habeas corpus en que se determinó que existieron afectaciones a la libertad de las personas o a otros derechos conexos. La investigación identificó tres sentencias de veintinueve acciones presentadas en el año 2016 que fueron declaradas con lugar, las que fueron valoradas tanto en los hechos fácticos de discusión así como en la fundamentación de su parte resolutiva |
| English abstract | In the present work, the way in which the judges disposed of the integral reparation in the actions of habeas corpus in which it was determined that there were affectations to the freedom of the persons or to other related rights was determined. The investigation identified three sentences of twenty nine actions presented in 2016 that were declared in place, which were assessed both in the factual facts of the discussion as well as in the grounds of its operative part |
