| Spanish abstract | Entre los marxistas es moneda corriente referirse indistintamente a las teorías que conforman el legado teórico de Marx. Así, entenderíamos a Marx como un filósofo, un economista, un historiador y un teórico político. Al clasificar a Marx estamos diciendo lo que fue pero también lo que no fue. Estaríamos indicando en cuáles ramas del conocimiento científico tendría sentido reflexionar sobre la validez de su legado y en cuántas esa reflexión no tendría sentido. En este texto se hace algo diferente. El objetivo es destacar que la herencia intelectual de Marx es importante no para una o varias ciencias sociales particulares, sino para toda reflexión científica sobre la sociedad, y ello precisamente porque impugnó el concepto mismo de "ciencia social particular"; lo que se argumenta a través del análisis de los conceptos de crítica, fetichismo y forma, tal como aparecen desarrollados en su obra |
| English abstract | Among Marxists, it is common to refer, one or the other way, to theories which make up Marx´s historic legacy. Thus, we would understand Marx as a philosopher, and economist, a historian, and a political theorist. When classifying Marx, we are stating whatever he was, but also, whatever he was not. We would be indicating in which branches of scientific knowledge would have sense to think over the value of his legacy, and in how many of them such thinking would make sense. The present text makes something different. It aims at highlighting that Marx´s intellectual inheritance is important, not only for one, or several determined social sciences, but for all scientific thinking over society, because his way of thinking challenged the very concept of "particular social science", which is discussed through the analysis of criticism, fetishism and form concepts, just as it appears in his work |
